No Longer Transitioning!!
My hair was brittle and dry. It was breaking and thinning out. My relaxed ends were destroying the rest of the life my hair was trying to recreate. The color was making my natural hair weakened and before i knew it, my hair was a goner. I decided i had enough. I asked my roommate if she could cut my hair and she did! She thought i was getting a trim but i said, "NOOO! I want a few inches taken off!"after the first snip, i felt alive! I felt my scalp thank me! Thanks God I'm Natural!!!!

The News about what you USE!
Hey Guys!
Its been a while since i Last posted something on here but i am bad and better than ever! I am doing lots of new things and are excited about it! I will be posting new photos of hair styles i have done recently!
Anyways... I have been reading this book called, "Thank God I'm Natural" By Chris-Tia E. Donaldson
The chapter i am reading is about receiving a chemical relaxer and the effect it takes on your hair. I just read a short story about a women who received a chemical relaxers. She started to go bald after a few months and by the end of the year she was completely bald. Her hair will never grow back and is forced to wear wigs the rest of her life. I thought this story was interesting so i looked her up online and found an interview posted on the website listed below. Take a serious look into this story. Will you continue to relax your hair?

A New Natural transition!
Hey Ya'll,
I'm in college and trying to turn over a new leaf in life! I am transitioning from processed hair to natural once again but this time i am going to be going FULLY natural. What i mean by going "Fully" natural is not only will i have my natural roots i will be using all natural products made my me or natural products i buy in your local super stores such as Target or Trader Joe's! Here is a picture of me rocking the Bantu Knots, a style worn by most women in transitioning stages or who just need a protective hair style. Protecting your hair is also very important and a huge part of the natural transition. In my next blog i will make sure to cover what protective hair styles mean/are, I will name some natural products and also name some natural styles! This blog is for me to look back at myself and see where i came form and where i am going. I have a goal and that goal is to open a Natural Beauty Salon. In order to do that i need to know who i am and who i want to be to also influence other women in rocking there natural curly roots as well, No matter the texture!
Stay Tuned!
